You are hereby instructed to prepare all necessary legal documents required under The Real Property Act and to act on our behalf to effect the sale of the above property.

 

We hereby agree to pay a fee of $1,400.00 (plus GST) which includes all professional costs, but not including, disbursements, government fees/charges, stamp duty, pest/building/strata reports, surveys and strata levy certificates (strata or community section 22 certificates) and in the following manner:-

  1. Cost of initial disbursements required for contract preparation
  2. Professional Fee and post exchange disbursements to be paid on or before settlement;
  3. Should the transaction not be completed, that proportion of the agreed fee plus disbursements incurred appropriate to the work completed at that time.

The Purchaser, in accordance with the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003, S.36 (2) (d) is not required to pay any fees or disbursements until after receipt of a statement of account.

 The Purchaser, in accordance with the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003, S.36 (2) (d) may notify the Consumer, Trader, and Tenancy Tribunal of any dispute in regard to Conveyancer’s fees.
