Thank you for instructing me to act as your licensed conveyancer for the purchase/sale of your property located in [esigforminator label="Property Being sold" field_type="text" field_id="text-1" formid="177" display="value"] . Pursuant to the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (NSW), I am required to provide you with a written fee agreement before I begin providing any conveyancing services to you.

The fees for my conveyancing services will be $1400 plus GST and disbursements, which may include but are not limited to title search fees, council and water rates certificates, and registration fees. Any additional disbursements will be charged to you at cost.

My fee includes all conveyancing services required to complete the transaction, including liaising with your lender, the other party's conveyancer, and any relevant government authorities. It also covers the preparation and exchange of contracts, settlement arrangements, and attendance at settlement.

Please note that should any additional services be required or requested, these will be charged separately at my hourly rate of $250 plus GST.

If you agree to these terms, please sign and return a copy of this fee agreement to me. Once I receive your signed agreement, I will commence acting on your behalf.

Section 54 of the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (NSW) states:

54 Fee agreements to be in writing

(1) A licensed conveyancer must not provide conveyancing services to a client unless a written agreement is in force between the licensed conveyancer and the client for the provision of the conveyancing services.

(2) A fee agreement must specify the amount of the fee payable by the client for the provision of the conveyancing services and the scope of the conveyancing services for which the fee is payable.
